Basics of Nordic Walking course

Have you ever heard of Nordic Walking? Spring is perfect for it. Come and try it out at the Voderady Estate on Saturday, April 23, 2022.
 
Nordic Walking is similar to ordinary walking. However, it is performed with sticks. Thanks to Nordic Walking, you will warm up your whole body, adjust your posture, improve your condition, burn calories, and of course, improve your mood. Nordic Walking is intended for all age groups.
 
If you haven't tried Nordic Walking yet, this is your chance to do so. Come to the Basics of Nordic Walking course at Voderady Estate.
 
When: Saturday 23 April 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
 
Where: in the park behind the Voderady Estate
 
What to bring with you: sports clothes, sports shoes, water, a good mood and a desire to play sports. The event will take place outdoors, i.e. in the park behind the estate.
 
Entry is free, but you need to register in advance.
 
The number of people is limited to 20 participants.
